Studying the factors influencing infectious disease dynamics especially against a background of a high prevalence of communicable and non-communicable diseases. To further inform and increase understanding with regards to the design of key interventions, diagnostic trends and treatment protocols against infectious diseases. In the advent of emerging infectious diseases as well as resistance, it is important to carry out a targeted evaluation of these infectious diseases.
