Professional / Practice Achievements 1 . Participated in the design, development and implementation of the practical training program to promote and protect the basic human rights of children at State House Girls School. This was a program of "Global movement for children under the auspices of the United Nations" (2004 - 2005). 2. Participated in Youth Enterprise Facility (YEF), open space workshop. "A partnership between African Commission, the Youth employment Network and the International labour organization to unleash Africa Entrepreneurship (May 2011). 3. Participated in Business mentoring programme; This program was as a result of the consolidated effort of Inoorero University, International labor organization through the Youth Entrepreneurship Facility (YEF); Kenya private sector Alliance (KEPSA), Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) and African Youth trust (AYT) and the Royal Danish Embassy (January 2011) 4. Co-Improvised a simple and practical procedure for financial planning and accounting for non-financial managers for Refugees Entrepreneurship Training Program (RESP-UNHCR) initiative in Nairobi in 1991-1992 5. Co-developed and delivered a series of well-received workshops on business management and entrepreneurship to corporate and small enterprises groups
Research and Training 1. Conducted trainings and workshops aimed at enhancing business skills both at individual and corporate level. This has meant designing, developing and delivering series of well - received workshops on business management and entrepreneurship to corporate and small enterprise groups. Business skills enhancement centre (BUSEC) Nairobi, Kenya. 2. Associate Trainer at Kenya institute of management (KIM). Charged with the responsibility of designing numerous tailor- made packages for training on various subjects at different levels e.g. Entrepreneurship and practical skills, a program by Kenya private sector Association (KEPSA) in combination with ILO and World Bank, (2011-Present). 3 ILO - Trainer of Trainers (TOT) Involved in co- development and delivery of series of workshops on selected groups for organizations partnering with ILO such as KEPSA, Youth Entrepreneurship facility (YEF) and Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE).2010- Present
